Offering capacities of 320GB and 480GB, as well as a ultra-high performance 7200RPM 320GB version, multiple JAIDTM Media Systems can be connected to the same computer for up to 2,880GB (2.8TB) of storage. Other ATA and FireWire RAID systems use an ATA to SCSI or ATA to FireWire conversion system. By removing this conversion process and creating the first fully-native external ATA RAID solution, JAIDTM Systems has brought to market the highest performance and lowest cost external hardware RAID storage solution on the market today. The JAIDTM Media system comes at the breakthrough price of $1499 and $1999 for the 320GB and 480GB solution, respectively.
